Recently I introduced my readers to the fabulous and funky jewelry from Twisted Silver. I was thrilled to be able to review two of their bracelets, the Aurora and the XO. The Aurora bracelet is individually fire treated with fascinating aurora borealis color. I was immediately drawn to the weight of this piece and how substantial it feels. I really love chunky jewelry and if you do too you will not be disappointed because this is a definite statement piece. It is 8″ in length and is adjustable to fit a smaller wrist. I haven’t even gotten to wear this one yet because as soon as my daughter saw it she put it on her wrist and has been wearing it ever since.
The XO brass bracelet is made from gorgeous brass and is adjustable to fit a 7″ wrist. This description says it all from the Twisted Silver Web site: The asymmetrical yet balanced design artistically draws double-takes with an edgy, urban feel. We’re talkin city chic. This is one of those designs that can rock denim as it can silk. I could not have said it better myself. What drew me to this piece is the XO design which will look great with any outfit. It has an unusual quality about it which I love.

The most beautiful piece of jewelry I own is a ring, which looks like an ancient greek athenian coin. This ring is actually one to replace another ring that I immediately fell in love with while my boyfriend and I were traveling in greece – unfortunately, the day after he purchased it for me I lost it while we were literally running through the airport trying to catch a flight! I always missed that beautiful ring, and last year for hanukkah he scoured the internet to find one just like it. Now I never let that beautiful ring out of my sight!

I have very beautiful antique Cameo pendant. It is handcarved, a fairly large cameo set in gold. The Cameo lady is so lovely with flowing curls and a beautiful profile. I adore it and whenever I wear it I get comments and even had a dealer try to buy it right off my neck. I refused of course.

My most beautiful and most expensive jewerly is a set of earrings and necklace that I won in a giveaway something like this one. The earrings are dangling diamond shaped with red round stones covering them. THe necklace has medal pieces each in a different shape using these same red stones domant but with many other colored stones. the right side piece is a larger round unique piece. I have never owned a more beautiful and unique set of jewerly. I wear them with a red short sleeve knit round neck top and white pants. Everytime I wear them I get compaiments.
