The next time you need to send a card to someone, try Free Ecards. This site has free birthday ecards and many other occasions available including get well cards, friendship cards, and thank you and congratulations cards. You can easily add a personalized image or photo to your card to give it that extra special touch. You can also attach an .mp3 audio file to send your favorite song with your card. If you prefer to send traditional paper cards, skip the trip to the mall and browse the site’s large selection of free printable cards. You can easily design and create your own card and print it out in your home to send to family and friends. There is a template which allows you to upload a personal photo from your computer or choose one of the many images available on the site. You can also choose from among the many message options or add your own personal message.

One thing I like about this site in addition to the many categories is that registration is not required like it is with some other similar companies out there. You are not going to be bombarded by unwanted emails when you use this service. It is fast, FREE, and easy!

Custom Notepad Giveaway

I am so excited to host a contest featuring one of my favorite Etsy sellers, The Mermaid’s Treasures. As you can see from the pictures, these come in a variety of cute styles and colors. You can view all of the custom notepad designs here. Each notepad has 60 personalized pages that are perforated at the top along the bottom of the ribbon, so that they can be torn off without disturbing the decorative ribbon. The paper is 24 lb. weight, and the size is of the finished product is 5.5″ x 4.25″.

I ordered one of these recently for a friend of mine and the quality of the product is excellent. Often when I have ordered notepads I felt like the paper was too flimsy. Not so with these notepads. I Was in Love at First Click

I am obsessed with the Web site Design-her Gals, which takes me back to one of my favorite childhood pastimes - playing with paper dolls. Check out the new gal on my sidebar which I created using this site’s fabulous virtual Gal-leria. I love her because she looks like me (complete with a new shorter haircut) and she is skinnier than me! Naturally since I am a writer I love stationery products and nothing is cuter than printing a mini version of yourself or a friend on a personalized note card or invitation. The darling note card above is just one of the thousands of designs that can can be created. You can completely customize your gal by choosing hair color, eye color, skin color, clothing and accessories. They even have pets, children, bling, or guys available to complement your gal if you wish. Design-her Gals are a great gift idea because they can be printed on just about anything: memo pads, stickers, To Do Lists, calling cards, or recipe cards. You can even order a gal to use as your email avatar. O Magazine called the Design-her Gals’ Web site “ridiculously addictive” and I agree. Even my 8-year old daughter is in love with the gals and I thought nothing would ever get her off of Webkinz!

I saved the best part for last! While I love to shop online, it is not often I order from a Web site that donates a portion of its profits to charity.
